ESPN First Take: Cam can't lose a game if he wants to win MVP

Why is anybody surprised that Cam is held to tougher and higher standards of achievement than other NFL players?

Its not like this is something new for Cam.

The NFL media will continue to put hurdles in front of CamVP and CamVP will continue to clear those hurdles with ease.

Fug them.

I seriously don't think it's a "race" thing, white people are talking about Wilson being the MVP.

Dont really understand why he can't lose a game, everyone else has lost multiple games, and none of them( maybe with the exception of Wilson) accounts for a bigger % of their teams offense.

Not only does Wilson have 5 losses. But most Seattle fans attributed those 5 loses to him, for holding on to the ball too long and not properly reading defenses.

So why in the world, would anyone hand him the MVP now, when he's beating up on mostly bad teams, when he lost to all the good ones, and got beat by the leading MVP candidate.

He may not even be top 3-4. Too little too late.

White people that are secretly racist will always attach themselves to a black person who's not the "typical black guy" thats what rg3 was for a while. People loved him because he was the black qb that wasn't cam.

Cardinals losing to the Rams and a Steelers' team being led by a 3rd string qb..........  is perfectly fine.   Definitely doesn't hurt Palmers' MVP chances.

Brady throwing a game away to the Eagles.?          All good.

Panthers losing one game?   Oh fug.   There goes Cam's MVP chances.   Even if the dude has the most TDs in the league with the worst supporting cast (sans Olsen/Stewart) in the league.

Let's just hope we are on the Brady side of these matchups.

For sure haha

It's still mostly quick throw/one read throws (from the pocket lately), and sand lot QBing (to start the season and yesterday's game).

So let's see what happens when he plays good teams, and they adjust?

Let's just say, he doesn't look nearly as composed and calm, scanning the field like Cam does.

No he's not Cam quality yet, Cam is the best player in the NFL right now. But you gotta give credit where credit is due. Russell is balling out too. Our playoff game against them is gonna be one for the ages

Yes. He's balling out indeed. So i can't take that away from him at all. Good for him!

Nonetheless, it's with caveats, as it doesn't look the way Cam's doing it (to take a mistaken phrase from the haterz against Cam). LOL

And we all know, the panthers are not always the best defense against quick, short throw offenses (to throw him some credit, a bone). LOL
