Hard to stay sharp when you have things pretty much taken care of.

Focus was not there today, that is why we have sooooo many culprits "who cost us the game"

Nobody was sharp out there today, we lost the trenches, had no blocking, pass rush, coverage and on an on.

Team loss from lack of focus.  We have had team wins, now we have a team loss.

Hoping AZ loses so we can rest guys next week

NOOO.

Dear god no. That would be the worst possible thing to happen. You really want the last time the starters to have played a meaningful game in the regular season to be a 20-13 defeat that robbed us of our undefeated season? You want that to be the last game before taking on the red-hot Seahawks? You are insane. We need Arizona to crush the Packers so we want that HFA and we have to play to win to go get it.

Well Kurt Coleman's horrible deep coverage angles (like always), and letting the Falcons offense go 5/5 on 3rd downs on their first drive had a big hand in the loss.

Couple that with Shula ball controlling the offense, shutting Cam down from running the ball after the first half (they forced him to take the short passes from the pocket in the 2nd half), Cam not a factor in no huddle or changing up plays at the LoS, and Cam not prepared/focused which was present in his sideline demeanor before the final drive of the game. Horrible day and I place most of it on the coaches not putting their players in the proper positions to win.

No reason this team should not have a single passing TD all game against the Falcons defense. Horrible game plan - preseason style.

    • Completion percentage depends on the offense and type of QB.  So no I don't care about a raw comparison lol. If you don't know what I mean by that I don't know what to tell you. As to Baker, this is the second time you've ignored me and claimed I didn't say something when I did. I'm going to just stop r spending to that crap soon but on the possibility you are just missing these things in good faith - "Baker Mayfield is 11th in QBR, 14th in yards despite the TON of injuries that offense has had, 10th in QB rushing yards, 12th in TDs (and above the average in TD% lol), 25th in INTs (league average would be something like 16th). So yes, he's quite a bit ahead of the average in many categories." Rushing yards by a QB DO matter. You'd think Panthers fans would know that.  Some of Bryce's best plays have come when he uses his legs too, and some of that IS yards on the ground. And the reality is that Tampa has had crazy injury issues and if you look at Bakers career he is unquestionably more successful than Bryce and above average at that. This year his top 3 WRs have all missed considerable time and whose best player on offense hasn't played almost all year...
    • Look at the chart. if you are claiming his numbers prove he not  an NFL caliber QB, than neither is Bo Nix, Trevor Lawrence, Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Michael Penix, CJ Stroud, Baker Mayfield and Mahommes. They are all below average and within 2 points of Youngs' numbers.
    • Could be worse. Captain Clempsun is sub 60% completion
