They're scared

It needs to be pointed out that all of the "top teams" Denver has played this year have been decimated by injuries and the games were played in Denver.

This game will be on a neutral field and from what I can tell, you guys are relatively healthy (I know Davis suffered a broken hand, but I'm hearing he should play.)

No one really cares about strength of schedule.

They've seen our team destroy the top teams in the NFL.

They know what is coming.

A giant is coming to stomp on their village, and they need a narrative that is going to make them feel better about it.

It's still going to hurt.

This^^^.  And to make things even worse their village has now been relocated from Mile High Stadium to barely above sea level.  So the giant won't be getting winded while stomping on the little Broncos dreams.

I liked everything except the hash tag of #WeDemBoyz..

We should never have a Dallas hashtag associated to us..We have our own of #KeepPounding..We are original and stand on our own.

Pretty sure it's a reference to the song not the cowboys.

Strength of schedule is deceptive.

1. It penalizes teams that win and favors the teams that lose.

2. It factors in divisional games. Divisional games will always finish .500 on strength of schedule. So, this actually brings down a stronger division who is above .500 outside of the division and pumps up the SoS of weaker divisions that have a losing record outside of their division.

The result is weaker teams in weaker divisions have stronger SoS. So, the logic is they are better than they actually are because the team and their division got dominated during the season. Teams from stronger divisions with winning records are worse than they actually are because they dominated everyone in the league.

This seems to sum up opposing teams fans thought process this season.  Bronco fans will add their excuses as well.  Don't know if this has been posted yet.  It's good stuff.

The Panthers remind me of the '99 Rams in that regard. No one took them seriously even when they won it all.

Any extra red cells they've produced will stay with them for at least ten days. But thicker air will hurt Manning's throws. I've not seen any studies but the standard in Denver is that golf balls go 10% farther here. From my personal experience flying from Denver to Jacksonville I was drunk on oxygen the whole time

Panthers are the worst NFL team in the second half. Remember?

I was more or less pointing out that a grown man has a "sexy" cartoon fox as his avatar and probably has released his seed onto many a Kleenex to that image.

Over at the Broncos forum they are already talking about strength of schedule being such a factor to this game.

When you look at the link provided that claims were 31st it says were 27th. They really think this team is full of slouches and Von Miller is their savior.

But OMG Von Miller has 2 career interceptions. Hes the best
