The NFL is a copycat league & I can see the Bucs getting there with their locker room first. Besides this new from-college OC I've always liked Mike Smith. He was the only Falcons coach to smile on the side line since Dan Reeves, who seemed to always be smiling or crying lol. He just worked for an idiot owner. Not all coaches can do what Coach Rivera has done.

Maybe the NFCS will become known as the NFC Smilewhilehavingfun division.

You're entering dangerous waters inviting WInston to have fun. I want that guy to have as many inhibitions in place as possible.

It seems obvious but of course not everyone does it. Even teams i coached i knew i would get the best out of my team if i let them have fun.  Overcoaching and adding too many layers instead of letting instincts take over has lost more games then having fun.

That goes for life in general.
