I completely agree with this. The jokes were a little too hokey for me and how do the ghosts and effects now a days look WORSE then 30 years ago? I'll wait till it comes out on iTunes and then just illegally download it instead!

Oh man...this does not get my hopes up.  The pacing of the dialogue seemed robotic.  Nothing made me think this will be terrible but there weren't any decent jokes or anything really :/

I'm in the same boat.  I don't see why everyone loves her?  Like she has the tools to be extremely funny, but she's just not.  I don't get the adoration everyone has for her movies.

On to the actual movie, I'm interested based on the other three cast members.  It looks like it has potential to be fun, but it's going to be extremely difficult to match the OG (Original Ghostbusters!).  

I want to like it, but when compared to the 1986 trailer, it does seem the lesser film.  My hope is that they do a good job of making it fairly logical why they become Ghostbusters.  I'm not really sure how connected the two films are. So that's really weird for me.

I think it'll end up being only "OK", because 80's movies are 80's movies and it's hard to recapture that feel.  That's always been my opinion on stuff from that time.

Another movie I just can't see working out because it's an 80's movie.  Same with Goonies, Lost Boys, Karate Kid, etc.
