Does Norwell feel that way? Josh Norman and elite money probably don't belong in a sentence together either and you can see how that ended up. Norwell was rated around the top 10 by PFF for OG's this year. He may not want elite money but he will almost certainly want just below that.

team friendly contract for basically picking his ass up off the street and giving him an opportunity to become a beast.

With so many players entering the final year of their contract in 2016, or others up in 2017...this draft could get really interesting for some of our young, and old vets. 

Any position except for QB and MLB seems up for grabs in the next couple of years depending on how contracts shake out.

      I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.

      Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
