Josh's depature means nothing to our draft board.

 

We'll likely never take a DB in the first round.

If an offensive player is BPA when we pick, he'll be the pick.

BPA. I think it will be a DE but I could see Derrick Henry if none of the DEs are attractive.

Definitely need go pass rusher in the 1st. Ogbah is my top choice. Getting after the QB consistently will help our weak secondary.  Maybe trade our 4th and 7th to move up in the 2nd to grab Su'a Cravens, take Harlan Miller in the 3rd, finish off with either a receiver (Moritz Boehringer) or an OT (Brandon Shell) in the 5th, and call it a day.

Josh is a big loss, I won't say otherwise. But by adding depth along the front-7 and picking-up a good box safety, the FO can reduce the loss of J-no and still come out smelling like roses with some good scouting, development and having a good draft.

This draft is definitely falling in our needs category and BPA that corresponds to it. 

There will no-doubt be DL and secondary players near the top of our draft board on the clock.

That takes a load of worry off my mind and I'll bet it does for the FO as well.
