Take a moment to reflect on the inspirational nature of this sage's commentary upon seeing PFF's newest article about the NFL's two best linebackers.

Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis comprise the best linebacker duo in the NFL. Here's why: http://pffoc.us/1U0c3sN

And that's the moment he decides to bequeath upon us this hidden wisdom after many hours of meditation in the darkened confines of his sanctorum:

@PFF Aquib Talib and Chris Harris JR are better.

Here are some other precocious gems he has drooled onto his laptop the past couple days.

Most Overrated Teams: (1)Panthers (2)Bengals (3)Colts (4)Redskins (5)Raiders

Most Overrated Players in NFL Pt.1: (1)CB Joe Haden (2)LB Clay Mathews (3)QB Cam Newton (4)DT Suh (5)WR Jarvis Landry

I'm not sure how 5 of the NFLs best players are overrated (alright maybe I'll give him Matthews) especially three that just ha the best season of their career, but who am I to argue?

    • To me, this seems like they feel they aren't going to be competitive. I can't help but go back to Bryce. Good guy, but he doesn't inspire people to give it their all. He isn't a "leader" that people look to. There is no Smith, Delhomme, Kuechly, Cam, etc. coming in that door.  It has to be Bryce, but biologically speaking, how often is the shortest man in the room going to command the kind of respect that will drive people? It just isn't. That isn't how we are wired. That isn't how any living animal on Earth today is wired.  I just follow the science guys.
    • Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.
