This offseason your GM what would you do?

We can all now look with hindsight at our glaring weaknesses on this roster and have our opinions on which route we should of gone, it's a tad long winded I know but I'd be interested to see what some of you would come up with, taking away the common denominator which is about keeping Josh Norman based on our secondary struggles so far, we all think we're armchair gm's so here you go your gettleman you have $16million in cap space. These were the offseason options below.

Secondary

DE

I'd be interested in what your opinions and choices would be, I see so many names thrown around on this board, I'd like to think I understand the cap and know talent to a point, so let's see what you would have done to make this team stronger going into the draft without killing us financially.
In my opinion there were enough options to have made this team even stronger than last year without relying on rookies from the draft.

I'm looking at and hoping Riley Rieff (sp) falls to free agency, but it is a very long shot.  We have to give due diligence and look at Matt Kalil.  I would entertain the idea of Eric Berry, but he would demand a pretty penny.  There's some options out there.

Man, Berry, with this defense would be nasty.
