And your book is ranked.....?

No, I was seriously congratulating PhillyB. He's about to surpass "Um Jogo Cada Vez Mais Sujo (Portuguese edition)" for #16 on Amazon's Best Sellers: Best Teen & Young Adult Football Nonfiction eBooks (Paid). That's a hell of an accomplishment and shows that people care strongly about his opinions.

I know it seems crazy but one cut player and a 1-3 season doesn't mean 1-15 record. Relax and wait until the end of the season before judging. We usually are a defense with a bad secondary that relies on the front 7. We went 12-4 with who at CB? Exactly. Oh btw we started 1-3. A lot can change in a season so let's at least wait until Tuesday morning.

Anyone else feeling like this is the most disappointed you've EVER been with this team right now? I've never had this mix of indifference and bitterness to the team and I've been following them since the beginning. I'm personally becoming disillusioned with this franchise.

How about when they cut Smith? There were times when he was the only reason to watch our pathetic games.

Gettleman starting to look like Donald Trump. " Your fired". Being out Bene lost alot of his skill set. He still not in shape. But still he is more knowledgeable about the secondary than everybody else. But if the pass rush gets going (which is very suspect) the rookies may look good in the end (according to Gettlemen)

There's no way Bene is claimed through waivers. Between still rehabbing from injury, being admittedly out of shape, and just playing poorly, I highly doubt anyone puts in a claim. I suspect we sign him back to the practice squad.

If he clears (he will) and we don't then you have your proof that there was more to this.

    • No one's saying LaMelo has no blame we're responding to you acting like he's the reason they lost. The scapegoating and blaming the teams woes on his personality is where it's like Cam Newton all over again. It was a failure on multiple fronts and primarily Lee's. Dude said ON AIR pregame that they had to protect the paint and if that was his gameplan going in he couldn't have botched it more. As the commentators said Ball's a rhythm guy and Orlando was preventing him for getting any kind of flow going. I'm a normie watching on TV and said they needed to bait them into fouling to combat that. They didn't even try until the 2nd half when it was too late. I think it's fair to expect the star to overcome whatever but LaMelo was not the problem in that game and he's not what is holding the team back. He's the only reason they're flirting with being a great team. I kinda put the center play on Lee too. Moose is great until he's up against a big who can body him. We've always known that and that's what Kalkbrenner is for. I don't know if it would have changed much but Kalkbrenner should have had more minutes than him.  And moving forward with the center position, I just think it's the time to trade Diabate while his stock's high and that's not an indictment of his game. He's like an evolved combination of Biyombo and PJ. He's a great rim protector and the strength issue is just what you're going to have to deal with if you want that. But Kalkbrenner is perfectly capable of protecting the rim and we gotta get away from the undersized centers or it'll always be a problem for us.
    • Honestly its why that Jalen Coker grab was a big deal.  I'd been warming up to the idea of a sadiq pick and was adamantly against a receiver...but this altered my train of thought.  I mean For instance, Cade Otton signed for 3 yr 30 mil contract...thats not dramatically different than the rookie payscale for #19 (4 year 20 mil with 5th year option), however you KNOW otton is decent...no clue if Sadiq will be anything.
