Very possible that we win out

I know that a lot of people on the forum will not agree with me when I say this but I do believe that Carolina has a good chance to win out the regular season. Think about this for a moment, if Gano kicks well and Cam doesn't get hurt we are 5-2 and are looking down on our division and most of the NFC. Even with us playing like dogsh*t in pretty much all the first 6 games, we still could've easily gone 4-2 in the first 6. The harder part of our schedule is actually turning out pretty easier than I thought it would be. We are favored to win most if not all the games left on our schedule currently. The toughest games are Kansas City. Than Oakland and Seattle back to back. Seattle is overrated and almost everyone knows that. Oakland is good but has gotten lucky in a few of their wins. Kansas City is at home and they might not have Smith for that game. For the division games Atlanta and New Orleans we have at home. Tampa Bay is not that good at all. We seemed to have our solution for playcalling and excution. I am not saying we win the division but for sure 11-5 will get us a WC at the least. With us on a roll, we could make a deep run into the postseason. One game at a time, we will see if I am just an overoptimistic fan or if my crazy talk comes to fruition.

i can see 2 losses on the schedule as well, except I see us losing @oakland and @washington

I'm on the fence about Oakland and Seattle. The thing is that Seattle is not as strong up front with their o-line, so that is something our d-line, which is stronger than most teams, will take advantage of. I'm confident we'll beat the Skins because their QB throws a low velocity ball like Gabbert. That's really bad against our defense. Gives us a big edge. Oakland is one of those 50/50 games. That one could be really weird.

Im not scared of oakland, they set a nfl record for penalties! If it wasnt the bucs that would have been a loss. We are fully capable of beating them. Chiefs wont be as hard as we think. Yes arrowhead is a tough place to play but Alex Smith might be out and Foles doesnt scare me.

The potential loses I see are at seattle and san diego . Yes they have issues but seattle always play us supremely tough....basically a division game. Also Phillip Rivers can carve us up, so that is a worry.

Late nov and december we play our best football under Ron. i hope the trends continues.

If we beat the rams and the chiefs...that game against the aints to get back to .500 will be crucial. If we get that one I believe it can propel us for a run.

I'm actually most worried about the Chargers and Falcons.  Surely we don't let any of our div rivals sweep us, hopefully we can take care of that business.  Seattle and KC could pose problems with their strong defenses, I could see one of those being a loss.  SD seems pretty balanced and seems like the sort of game we could fall short in, or we could dominate them.  Not too worried about the Raidahs, yea they have a great offense but so do we and our defense is better (waaaaaay better if we keep playing like 2015/last week).  Redskins?  Nah brah.

It's possible but I think Raiders light us up...so 5 or 6 wins realistic...

    • I'm happy with TMac, but Tyler Warren was last season's Tyler Linderbaum for me in that he was at a position that wasn't one of the five pillars but he was the best player at his position AND one of the top talents in the draft. I cannot fuging wait for the Panthers to start winning again so that those guys fall to us like they seem to for teams like Baltimore & Philadelphia.
    • Still working on consuming all of these so I don't have summaries available, but I figured there might be another Huddler or three trying to kill time before tonight's final preseason game.   Panthers Blueprint: Training Camp The in-house produced Blueprint series has given behind-the-scenes look on the field and off. Start the day with Robert Hunt's family, be in the morning meetings, mic'd up players during practice (Jaycee, Rozeboom, Icky, and Bryce), roster evaluations by the staff, and plenty of camp highlights capping off with FanFest.   Processing Blue (Mike Kaye & Alex Zietlow Mike and Alex are back talking about a variety of topics including but not limited to: joint practice + preseason game vs. Houston, Trey Hendrickson trade rumors involving Carolina, training camp awards, draft pick draft, and various thoughts about the team.   Jordan & Jake 706: Opening Day Another in-house Panthers' production, the most recent episode of Jordan and Jake talk about how to properly balance intensity in practice, react to the starters being shutdown for the preseason finale, share their thoughts on the newest Panther QB, and more.   Raw Room - Ep 278 - Gas Pedal (ft. Mike Davis) Assistant special teams' coach Darren Bates' Raw Room podcast has former Panthers' RB Mike Davis on his weekly podcast. I'm about halfway through this one and it's been a lot of fun. The Raw Room guys (DB, his friend Alex Sweets, former Eagles/Chargers OT King Dunlap, and former Atlanta DB Jalen Collins) are hilarious and Mike fits right in. They talk about his football experience coming up, decommitting from Florida and how he decided on South Carolina, and more. Warning: If you're the type of person that is easily distracted by accents, despite XL being on the team, you might have issues with understanding the Memphis dialect. If you don't care about how somebody talks, just what they're talking about, tune in!
    • Allen was borderline unplayable in College.  He's an absolute unicorn in terms of his career panning out the way it has.
