If Jerry Richardson hired a new GM do you think Ron would have a better roster to field a team that is consistent each year?

Your question assumes the coaches we currently have are capable of harnessing the talent a hypothetical new GM would obtain for us, I am not sure that is a good assumption to make.

I mean I think we can all agree whether we're Shula haters or not that he isn't using the offensive talent to its maximum efficiency as of late.

If a new GM were to come in, I think there would be a new coaching staff as well. tbh Shula is the only sacrificial lamb at the moment.

Oh man, thats just what Rivera needs, a new GM.  Clueless Ron couldn't manage a .500 season his first two years here before Gettleman.

Since Gettleman arrived, we've pulled ourself out of cap hell, won the NFC South 3 years in a row, signed Newton and Keuchly to contracts that could be considered bargains.  But yea, he's a damn idiot cause he didn't want to pay a 30 year old cb 75 over 5 years.

We're not a horrible football team talent wise.  We've lost 4 games that came down to a fg as time expired.  Two of those, we coached ourself right out of easy wins.

Give Ron a new GM, he'd be fired within 2 years, and probably wouldn't get another head coaching job in his career.

i just find it very difficult to believe that Gettleman is going anywhere after rescuing us from cap hell and building a team that won 3 straight division titles and a Super Bowl appearance. 15-1 was special, but an unrealistic expectation of this year's team. This fan base got spoiled very quickly in three years and wants someone's head every time we lose.

There are teams out there that are very envious of the success we've had under Gettleman.
