maybe its because he is stiff, wont be able to stop speed rushers and has serious character issues.  Outside the character issues, it would be like drafting Mike Remmers at the 8th overall pick.

I would rather trade down and get the Wisconsin OT and get more picks if we just have to take a first round OT.

Lets see. 

1. Any other draft he wouldnt go above 25.  Just this is the weakest draft class at tackle this decade reported.

2.  He has off the field baggage that we wont touch.

Sign Hardy- need at DE

Throw the pot at Luke Joekel (hes one of the top OT FA's)- lets forget how bad he is and that we can use that money elsewhere, but hes the top target at this position so he's a must have

Draft Joe Mixon- need a RB, plenty of talent

Ryan Ramczyk out of Wisconsin should be available in the 2nd.  I would be much happier with him.

The off field stuff is ridiculous and old-this is the NFL.. If we truly were so worried about that Cam Newton would have never been drafted here

I would rather take a risk on several late round OTs in this draft instead of wasting value on a risky OT in the early rounds.

There will be a lot of potential starters at OT in this draft. I do not see any quality franchise rookie OTs that one could even argue are sure bets in the early rounds.

Grab a couple OTs with 6th and 7th round picks and see how they pan out.

he shut down Myles Garrett , but the best way to stop speed rushers is running the ball effectively 

Panthers run the ball 50% of the time.

He was arrested earlier this year on a felony narcotic charge. We aren't drafting him

You don't take a guy who projects to right tackle with the 8th pick. And I'm not sure he's not better suited for guard than tackle, anyway.

Even if it weren't for the character issues, Cam Robinson is just not very good. I am shocked he's being touted as a first rounder at all. I would rather have McGlinchey (if he declares), Ramcyzk, Bolles, or Moton.

Also need to change our offense philosophy and go to a traditional one get away from the zone read and man up power run down hill. Tired of seeing our rbs get the ball 6 yards deep then they are already dancing around trying to find a hole
