Shula adjusted magnificently to deficiencies in 2015.  Then Wade exposed it.  Already been reported the coaching  staff knew they couldn't scheme around them again in 2016 and the league would do as Wade did. GM did nothing however despite coaches calling it. 

It is the NFL.  Talent overall wins.  Can't continuously find ways to successfully scheme around the same issues ones teams know the weaknesses.  Have to fix the issue.
