That's basically the same deal we gave to Kalil just 1 less year to spread it out in. I'd swap the 1 year for the gulf in talent between the players.

There's actually very little "all is well" going on.

It's actually more "too early to know what's gonna happen / way too early to panic and run around in circles screaming".
