I don't think I watched a single Brown's game last year. Looks like he may be developing into a decent receiver. 

6'4 220 Pounds, 4.42 40. 1,007 yards and 4 TD's with the Browns last year.

Brown and Ginn had the most combined snaps at WR over the last 2 years. So the need is there, but is he a fit? Was last year just a fluke?

Those are good numbers despite playing on a terrible team, but they have plenty of money to sign him and I wonder why they havent yet

He's visiting the Redskins tonight.  They are stupid enough to pay that kind of money....or something in the $12 million range probably.  Still way too much for him.

If he comes down on his price, I'd love to have him.  He has a good work ethic and an attitude that we need on our team.
