Saints are cap geniuses

Every year we say Saints are in cap hell but they still sign tons of players every offseason.  Not saying it's the right way but they seem to find a way.   Like they just gave some guard named Warford 34 million and 17 million guaranteed.    While we are frugal every year worried about wrecking the future cap.   Just screw it go for the SB the next 3 years with key players in their prime and stop worrying about the cap.

I'm confused if this post is bashing the Saints or bashing the Panthers....

Yeah but that's the Saints. Let them do them and let us do us. In 50 some years they been to one Super Bowl and average 5 wins a year. In 23 or so, we've been to 2 and have numerous of magical seasons.

By that measure, Marty Hurney was a cap genius too.

I question applying the "genius" title to any team that isn't consistently winning. And the Saints have been mediocre in that department for a while now.

Signing guys and winning games don't necessarily go hand in hand.

but the saints suck...
