While we're on this subject, does anybody else eat peanuts with the shell and everything? People alwayd think I'm crazy when I eat the whole peanut including the shell

Makes sense. Peanuts aren't even a nut, they are a legume like peas. Shell is edible. Probably much more fiber that way I would think.

Dont people eat boiled peanuts that way?

I do it all the time if the shells acre salted. What is the point of salting the shell if you don't eat it?

Yet another indicator that no matter how long I live south of the Mason-Dixon Line, I'm not southern. I'd never heard of peanuts in soda until I opened this thread. You guys probably like ranch with your wings. Amirite @Dex?

actually it sounds interesting and I will try it. I've put mustard on Boston Creme Pie since I was a kid...I've never found anyone that does that.

    • Sellers is absolutely one to keep an eye on. Could be the next Cam or could be the next Anthony Richardson. Curious to see how he has progressed come this fall.
    • I think Texas could go 0-12 and he would still go #1 based on his name and traits like you say.  But nusselman and sellers may be actually better qbs.    Man if bryce stinks it up this season its looking like a damn good year to swap out qbs.  Sellers highlights are just fuging jaw dropping
    • I mean, the kid comes from a wealthy family. It's not like he needs the money. He has a ton of potential now we get to see what he can do as a starter. Everyone penciling him in as the #1 overall pick is putting the cart way before the horse. It's 5% because of his talent and what he's showing on the field and 95% because his last name is Manning. And if he is what he's hyped to be the Texas coaching staff needs to be answering some tough questions about why the kid wasn't on the field sooner. Ewers was a good college QB but he's definitely not a "keep a future #1 overall pick waiting" type of college QB. Only getting one season out of a top NFL talent because you chose to keep him buried behind a borderline NFL talent is just coaching negligence. Not starting him as a true freshman? Yeah, I get that. But on year two if the kids is what he's hyped to be you gotta wish Ewers well elsewhere and turn the page.
