shirt would never be traded to a team that wasnt a contender with only one year left. now a team that thinks they are close otherwise? sure. that doesnt move us up from 8 though. it may get us an additional pick or two though.

i wouldnt do it. short is worth 15m a year if he can keep it up. plus thats the most important position (along with MLB). we have answers at the two most critical positions. should keep those.

I hope that we do not trade up to sign anyone..we are not 1 player away from being in SB.  We need all the players we can get. Just don't do it.

Fournette knows we're a contender and he would be featured in our offense. We're 2 years removed from a SB appearance with an MVP QB in his prime and a top 10 draft pick... that's a very rare set of circumstances.
