A NFL scouts top 25

My friend was nice enough to share with me his personal top 25, it does not necessarily reflect his team's big board, but there is a good chance it is very similar. Asterisks are because of possible injuries/character dropping the player down. So here you go.

1. Myles Garrett
2. Jamal Adams
3. Jonathan Allen*
4. Leonard Fournette
5. Malik Hooker
6. Marshon Lattimore
7. OJ Howard
8. Solomon Thomas
9. Dalvin Cook*
10. Reuben Foster *
11. Gareon Conley
12. Charles Harris
13. Christian McCaffrey
14. Derek Barnett
15. Mitchell Trubisky
16. Mike Williams
17. Cam Robinson
18. Marlon Humphrey
19. Corey Davis
20. Haason Reddick
21. John Ross*
22. Forrest Lamp
23. Chidobe Awuzie
24. Obi Melinfonwu
25. Garett Bolles*

I don't understand why anyone pays any attention to these people who claim they're insiders. I guess you're all too new to remember NJPanthers12 and his insider information as well as when he bet his life on a free agency signing that didn't happen.

Well Sir Davos, I guess you're too new to have seen Verge's info over the past few years. Because a majority of it has been correct.

So Verge have u heard any updates on Fournette being drafted by us

Been saying he is the pick if he is there, just a matter of him getting there, or Gettleman moving up for him. If trade back, it's for CmC or John Ross. If stay at 8 and Fournette is off the board, CmC is the pick.

    • It's definitely a historical issue at QB but to be perfectly blunt, we also don't do a good job of really developing almost any position if you look at the last decade or so. I tend to be on the side of that being far less a development issue than an evaluation deficiency.  I think we are in the situation at QB2/3 recently due to the overall roster being absolutely abhorrent and the QB classes being quite thin. It is harder to justify another Matt Corral(or several) when you can potentially get a real two deep contributor at other positions.  But, it was a lot of hard work to get to the point where are roster is so incredibly bad that luxury picks literally are not in our vocabulary.  This is the reaping what you sow portion of our history.
    • That is what I meant about our front office. They are like someone filling out a March Madness bracket based on preference of uniform colors and mascots. There's no rhyme of reason to some of these fugg'n mind numbing decisions they make.  They go all in on these flimsy-@ss prospects and are gun shy when it comes to more solid prospects.  It's literally maddening and the reason I stopped being so emotionally involved in this team. Heck the only reason I'm active on the board today is one, it's my day off and two, it's cut down time.
