Moton

Excited for when you see this guy at training camp. He is a huge human being, and very athletic. I can see him taking over right and the Panthers using Williams as a backup tackle or groom for guard if they lose Turner or Norwell. Moton has a more prototype build for a tackle. carolina panthers rookie camp-3.jpg

He was a very solid pick. I've heard that some say him being from a small school will "hurt him," but I say his production says otherwise.

Moton's run and pass blocking were near the top percentile. For a 320lb guy, he's got crazy athleticism and power.

Just imagining his ferocity on the field that he puts in drills gives me chills.

I like Daryl Williams. I honestly do. But Moton is another guy I'd love as a pure RT. One of the best pass blockers from the class, and I'm sure Igo saw a glimpse of that.

I'll be interested to see him in pics against someone his own size~~ That pic man...300+ vs 210?

Thats against  pretty average sized DE...265. There aren't 320 lb defensive ends I know of.

Good God, man.  Every picture I see of him, he never has his feet on the ground.  May work against rookies in a rookie mini camp with no pads, but dude will be on his butt if he doesn't learn to keep his feet planted.

    • Ohio State no. 8 won it all last year.  No. 6 Penn State and no. 7 Notre Dame advanced to the semi-final. This year no. 7 Ole Miss is going to win it all.
    • agreed.  Lack of games/opportunity makes him a non-factor in OROTY talk.  He is just now getting the stage where there is legit film on him.  Takes awhile to really see how guys react to all the different scenarios and to find the real weak spots on a QB's play in an O.
    • Oh boy how the tables have turned...the passion and extent at which you defend Shough would make even the staunchest Bryce fanboys blush.  The bold part is especially straight from their playbook.  Even if someone here were to withhold giving Shough props, it's pretty understandable as a Panthers fan.  What's quite odd is becoming the biggest stan of our most hated rival's starting QB.  I don't think even Saints fans drool over him this hard. For the record I think this talk about "stans" and "fanboys" is cringe AF and I'm admittedly being rather hyperbolic because this is exactly the kind of discourse and language you personally love to engage in and it's fun to play in the mud from time to time.  There is absolutely no world where you do not meet your own criteria of a "Super Stan" for Shough with how loosely you apply that label to people for Bryce in here.  You're like the Final Boss of Super Stans.
