I'm smoking a cigar with Steve Wilks

-Have him & RR discussed elements of the 46?

-What can he do to make sure Coleman's desire to lead the league in turnover come to fruition? ~there's a better way to ask that~

-Does this group have all the necessary pieces to be thrown into the '85 Bears conversation?

He worked under Lovie Smith's Cover 2 system (what Tony Dungy implemented originally in Tampa using the concept of high safeties and such) for a while but spent more time under Rivera and McDermott running the Johnson defense (basically a 4-3 version of what the Steelers run).

He'll probably just say it's gonna be a mix but I'd ask anyway.

Could also ask where he comes down on the pass rush vs coverage debate.

Ask him if you're fat and ugly.

Dammit Cameron, can't you at least try to keep things civil in a football discussion?

(Or maybe if you don't have an actual idea to contribute, just stay out of it?)

    • If this was 3 years ago during BY rookie year and it was fair "best man wins QB", white would have easily won.  I was a hooker fan and it didn't cost the Panthers what 100,000 to bring him in. White just knows to non-stop study the playbook and he's a 30year old pro at this stage.  Boogie too, but he ran out of PS call ups and only the love child of Gilbert and goodwin can remain on the PS. That guy from the 49ers put on a show for a guy just off another team. Im too sick, cause I enjoy following the PS and 6 moves mid-season is a big day!!...
    • Before rip me an ass, let me voice my opinion. It is not sustainable winning with 103 yards passing, no touchdowns, and turnovers. If they didn't have Rico blowing sh%t up, they would be in deep trouble. I am thrilled that they are winning. I am not being negative, just realistic. The season is almost half way over and they still have the problem of anemic QB production. Believe me, they know something has to give sooner or later. I like Bryce as a person and seems like a good dude. But being a good dude will not win games in the long run. Sooner or later, they will have to make a change. Their is a certain level of production that you need from the QB position. This kind of production will not get them to the next level.
