I've always wondered what the team would have looked like if Gibbs hadn't turned them down.

They wouldn't have had any power to block him from anything.

I would hope not. The man is 76 years old and hasn't coached in a decade.

I don't see the owners going for a guy who's age will cause the same situation to come up again so soon.
