Probably Luck.  I despise inaccurate QBs and at this point, Cam is clearly one.  Does Luck have more int's?  Absolutely.  But, Luck has a better completion percentage.

Cam lead the #1 scoring offense and took us to the SB with Ted "Dicks for hands" Ginn as our #1 WR in '15. I rest my case.

Cam all day/any day.

Number 1 scoring offense, and 11th in passing yards per game.  Meh.

My point was, you're blaming Cam only for his completion % when there were many other contributing factors.  Yea, he does let some go sailing sometimes, but there were also a ton of catch able passes that were dropped.

I get it.  Believe me, I get it.  At what point do we stop using excuses though?  Besides 2015, Cam has been erratic, and really inaccurate.  Not just inaccurate, but REALLY inaccurate.  Do I blame Cam for these problems?  Meh, his footwork has always needed fixing, but the coaches and the people around him haven't fixed it.  So, I blame mostly the people around him for his inaccuracy issues.

If Luck came out in 2011....noone would know what we know now, and 98% of this board would have drafted him with nuts in mouth happily.

Just goes to show that even the best huddlers are vulnerable to the hype. And the hype was real, Luck seemed the real deal...so I cant blame so many for granting him Jesus before even a single snap in the NFL.

I think I'm honestly in the minority of people who always wanted Cam above anyone else. Even before we found out Luck wasnt coming out, I wanted Cam. I wanted a different type of player in Carolina. He amazed me week after week at Auburn. Knowing what I know now, 100 times out of 100 I take Cam still.

There is nothing worse to a team than a qb who turns the ball over, nothing.

I would enjoy watching Luck throw to Smitty and Olsen.  And if Luck was the pick, I think our focus would be on a more conventional offense, which likely means we have Benjamin OR Funchess, and would have grabbed a player like Samuel quicker.

In the meantime, Cam would have probably fallen to Buffalo, where it's possible he could have made an impact, but by this point he would have had Chan Gailey, Doug Marrone, and Rex Ryan as his coaches, each with a different system, and there's no telling how he would have grown in any of their systems.

I think that if we had taken Luck, it's entirely possible the entire board would answer a "If Luck stayed in school, who would you take" thread with Von Miller over Cam.  I'm not saying that in hindsight I would draft Luck, but I wouldn't be unhappy with it at all.

I am happy that we have Cam but I wanted Luck at the time and am confused about people shitting on him. Dude has been on a shite team, has played through injuries, and still delivered his team to the playoffs multiple times.   Yea the titans and jags have been bad while he has been in the league but the Texans have been pretty good - especially on defense where they have been elite. I will say that  Luck has had the benefit of better Offensive Coordinators. They've both had Chud - Luck for Longer. Luck has also had Pep Hamilton, which I don't know much about, and Bruce Arians who was an all-star. Cam has had Chud and a limp-dick mouth-breathing turd.

Call me crazy, but I want my QB to be a good passer. Luck is that. Intermediate passes aside, Cam has had accuracy issues, especially on short stuff. I think this year and our assumed game-plan will be very revealing and telling about Cam and his accuracy. I really hope that he can deliver and get the ball out of his hands both because it will help the offense and because it will help insure that he is healthy for years to come.

All that said, in the NFL, you can't compete unless you have a QB that is the caliber of these two. Fans of either team should consider themselves lucky that we have these guys instead of Blaine Gabbert or Christian Ponder or someone like that.

This has already been shown.. When Cam had more compintent pass catchers on the field (2011 Smitty, Olsen, Shockey, Dwill), (2013 Smitty Olsen Dwill), (2015 Olsen, Cotchery) he is around a 60% comp. .. When you put him out there with all 50 50 hand guys and no blocking what do you expect..
