OK so all you rocket-scientists are calling for Fox's head...

now, in your infinite wisdom, do you think the titan fan-base is calling for jeff fisher's head??? of course not ---they have survived 4 and 5 win seasons within the last 6 years................so cool your jets on firing the most successful coach in our history---i think they know a little bit more about running a football team than you do.

nice sentiment/attempted reality check (at least half the posters on the Huddle need a bucket of ice water turned over on their collective heads) but you'll get nowhere with an argument that makes no attempt to counter the rational, often statistically-supported cases for the removal of Fox as HC.

Try reading through previous threads and addressing each point made and you may have something, but this will just get you flamed... I Am God will tell you to die, Gmanwasright will tell you we're the next lions, fiz will spend eight hours finding a picture of you to post, and fignewty314 will meet you in front of BoA and cut you.

hey did you guys know that Gruden was the most successful Buccaneers coach?

and that Jim Mora was the most successful Saints coach when he was still coaching there?

only difference is Gruden won too fast...set unrealistic goals for the fans the rest of the time he was down here

    • The year he had another edge rusher opposite him in Reddick, Reddick ended up having more sacks. Burns was good at rushing the passer here but he was taken out of plays far too often by a single TE or you'd never even known he was in the game at all.  The Rams offer was equivalent to prime Khalil Mack or a TJ Watt. Those guys single handedly took over games and stopped drives. I can't remember a game Burns ever did that. Do we wish we had the level of production hes giving right now? Of course. Do I think we'd have it here. No.  At the time, his production was on par with Reddick, not Parsons. Pay production and incentivise potential.
    • Technically our guys are in the top 6 in sacks for rookies and Scourton is tied for the lead.
    • That's why so many said he wasn't worth it here, there was only DB and it wasn't enough. If Burns is feasting then the other guys in NY are doing enough already, Burns is just collecting the stats. It's what he eas built for and is finally in his perfect space to succeed. Im not as in on the new guys yet. More is an understatement but the good news is that they are rookies.
