Who is your surprise player who makes the team this year?

Kaelin Clay,

Probably the best PR specialist on the team, someone whose role on special teams could land them a roster spot.

I like the sentiment, but Clay did not practice at all with the punt returners this week.

Punt return is all about repetitions. I am not sure they would keep those from him if he was the guy.

Who has been getting the most work? Byrd?

I wonder what the odds are that McCaffrey ends up doing it during regular season?

I'd like to see...

L.J. McCray over Jones, with Southward as the safety depth.

Boulware may or may not be over-hyped, but he's younger than Ben Jacobs, and I wouldn't mind it as a ST only player, we need a hair on fire guy.

I'd also like to see Armah, we don't feature 21 personnel a ton, so I don't think inexperience is a huge issue here, I'd like to move forward with his potential. A TE/LB is the perfect combo for a FB IMO, knows how to hit, and knows how to catch and make plays in the passing game.

I'd say that's about it.

    • I had everything saved on an old email address and my computer crashed and could not be revived.  I tried reviving it, then stumbled on one I was going to create several years ago...So I am using it instead.  My fault--did not keep the email and forgot password--
    • Rasheed Walker for Kris Jenkins Jr.is what i am actually referring to in that particular post  all those #'s you are referring to are athletic #'s & Monroe Freeling had or has an impressive combination of size & raw athletiscm & it has nothing do with his size or athelticsm that is preventing him from being a day 1 starter in the NFL technique is where he struggled at the NFL combine & not only scouts but analysts alike also viewed him as more of a developmental type of player rather than a day 1 starter  go take a look at Will Campbell transition from the SEC to the NFL another first round LT that was drafted #4 overall by the New England Patriot,s.Will Campbell was a three year starter at  LSU & was thought to be one of if not the very best LT's in the SEC  & compare his SEC carrer to his rookie season in the NFL? just because you played good in the SEC at LT does nescarrily mean you are ready to start at LT in the NFL day 1 & or your rookie season  & one last thing i think you are jumping to conclusion & somehow assuming that i do not like Monroe Freeling ?which could not be further from the truth .what i do not like is the idea starting a player who is not ready ...just saying
    • I'd 10x rather play the NFC North than NFC West.
