Man it was good to see Cam get back on it, was getting hella worried. Also someone kidnapped Mike Shula because I refuse to believe that is the same man from the rest of his life.

Cam needs to be a part of the run game...that is VERY clear.

I knew he would be back...  i never stopped believing.  I think it was mostly lack of practice and ineffective playcalling from Shula more than injury or anything else.

And yeah, I noticed bc of how we've called games and Cam hasn't been running or keeping the options over the last few games, that early in the game the Pats were destroying the run bc they werent even playing Cam.  After that first conversion on the QB power, it had them completely lost and indecisive.  It added a dimension they couldnt account for, and one we had been missing for awhile now.

Idk man the scripted runs up the gut every second down were driving me insane. He called one good drive and then it was back to relying on Cam to be super man.

I think that's one good drive better than we're used to though

Cam got his mojo back, the line did a pretty good job, the receivers gave their all, the defense held Brady to some field goals, the coaches called the game of the season so far and Gano kicked the winner in the last seconds.

And the Patriots lost, at home.

It's a pretty good day for all of us. Enjoy it!

And Detroit, you may not be ready for this.

    • I agree with OP notion, QBs always get credited for game winning drives even if they do minimal. Just last night Caleb got credited for a GE drive when they basically ran the ball the whole drive and only had to go 36 yards.   And there are drives where Bryce could of had a game winning drive if not for a Legette drop vs Philly or a Chubba fumble vs Tampa
    • You are actually, genuinely comparing Bryce to Jimmy fuging Pickles? Jimmy accounted for 3 touchdowns in his 10 starts in 2010. In Bryce’s 10 games post benching last year, he accounted for 20 touchdowns. Jimmy threw three touchdowns in 2010. Three. Bryce has thrown 10 touchdowns through 6 games. He is currently on track to throw for 3300 yards, 28 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Wtf are we even talking about anymore. I mean seriously
    • Tepper? The guy that directs the coaches towards goals that he set for them… that guy. He is the one.    I don’t think he ever was going to be expelled from class, they had him come in for garbage time maybe the 2nd week he was benched.  I will say this. People said he wasn’t under pressure the last part of the year when he did better, but he was fighting for his career and that’s pressure. And he saved his career too. I don’t reject him for those kinds of things I reject him for the physical things. I have always brought it down to he has slim margin for error and has to be perfect. People with the tool set have a little fatter margin for error. Why make it harder on yourself? Got nothing to do with hating him.  I am no statistician but game that margin thing out a lot and see how that works.
