Rushing Stats through 13 games

Jonathan Stewart : 634 rushing yards, 6 rushing TDs 

Cameron Newton : 585 rushing yards, 5 rushing TDs

Christian McCaffrey : 319 rushing yards , 2 rushing TDs 

I'll update the ypcs tomorrow .

Jesus Cam is very close to being our leading rusher . Is that a bad or good thing?

Ah an update on Cams rushing career stats. All time QB leading rushers:  #1 Randall Cunningham 4928 , #2 Steve Young 4239 , #3 Cam Newton 4151 , #4 Vick 3954 , #5 Fran Tarkenton  3674 . And hes already got the most TDs rushing as a QB. Cam should pass Young for the #2 spot this season and could pass Randall next season as the all time leading QB rusher.

McCaffrey had a 4.4 ypc this game. If he had the same # of carries fournette had , hed have gotten 100+ on the ground

I'm not saying you were making this thread to bash him. I just know where this is going to go

I did some quick number checks. Jonathan Stewarts numbers over is last four games (Since his horrible performance against the Falcons).  

284 rushing yards, averaging 4.8 ypc, with five tds.  And no fumbles. Of course, a significant portion of that came today, but he is certainly playing better recently.

McCaffreys runnng average is much higher over the 2nd half of the season too. Run blockings been improving.

And if Cam had as many carries as Fournette he would’ve had 154 yards rushing!

2nd half of the season rushing stats for McCaffrey and Stewart 

McCaffrey /41 carries /202 rushing yards /4.9 yards per carry

Stewart/ 70 carries/ 305 rushing yards / 4.4 yards per carry

conclusion? Line has been improving the run blocking.

Uhhhh Vick has 6,109 career rush yards. Dunno where you got those numbers.

Hrm probably an old list created when Vick was still playing . Other I'll fix it . Other numbers should be good though .

Yeah, was thinking Vick was #1 on the list for rushing yards by a QB...
