How would you feel if...

...the Jaguars were to make it to the Super Bowl this year (against someone other than us) and win?

We haven't heard much from Jag fans over the past several years, but you can pretty much bet that if that were to happen, they'd have something to say.

What would you say?

I'd feel much better about them winning than the Pats, Steelers, Falcons, Aints, or Seahawks. But it's all pretty much the same if we're eliminated, all I care much about is us winning so if we're out at that point it's just whatever. Would be better if the Jags won it than other teams but ultimately not a big deal to me.

Everybody still be happy for them after their fans come to gloat?

You know it'd happen.

Who cares about loser fans coming over to an online forum? I'd be happy for the much larger amount of cool Jax fans who've lived through their sh*tty years and deserve a win, like many of us.

I would be ecstatic. Would just be another valid point towards the cause to exploit Jerry Richardson for the complete fraud that he is.

What? We had our chance in 2015. The Jags brought in Tom Coughlin and he changed their pedigree. He has the resume for it.

What are you eluding to? Trust me.... if the jags win the SB (they wont) no one outside of the huddle will take their time of day to say "Jerry Richardson is a fraud." Literally, zero exploitation.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
