McCaffrey

He has 7 touchdowns through 14 games... More or less than you thought he'd have all season? Personally I thought less so after the very slow start in terms of TDs, this is very solid so far, and he'll likely add a few more the next two games. 130+ yards today as well for his highest total this year, though the onside kick was bad. He's a rookie with A TON on his plate and is still producing. Excited as heck for this kid, and maybe we will one day get an OC who can utilize him like other coaches utilize players like McC.

I still get irritated every time Stewart gets the ball and takes 8 years to go 1 yard and then just starts trying to fight for yards.  His one decent run every 30 attempts doesn’t seem worth...

GB defender also noted while watching film he didn’t get why we didn’t use CMC more....but that he was involved today.

To answer OP question, it is more than I thought he'd have. I had him at 6 before the season because of Cam and Stew in the redzone. He will also get a few more before the season ends. So about 9+ TDs with 1000+ yds receiving and running is really solid production from a rookie (keep in mind, all of this in a part time role). When he adds more strength this offseason, I think he will be more than ready to handle a 3 down role, unless Shula goes full retard and still gives a slow as hell 31 year old RB significant carries. It was a travesty today that we barely ran CMC after his stellar first drive. Stew should have been relegated to goal line/short yardage back a LONG time ago.

Can he make it to 11? Possibly.

You praise his produciton then precedes to bash the guy who helped him get those stats. I don't like your double standard Shula is actually using CMC in the right way Cam just overlook the dump off earlier in the season.

Are you caucasian ? Cause white on tan white crime isn't right.

Jstews going to be here for at least 1 more year,  so McCaffrey might not get great rushing production unless they allow him to be the feature back in terms of carries.

I think McCaffrey's done pretty solidly for the workload he's been given. If our oline was run blocking well for the 1st half the season he'd probably have closer to 600 rushing yards as opposed to having close to 400 now.

Keep in mind CMC is leading the team in total touchdowns (non QBs), and also leading the team in total yards from scrimmage. So he's been an incredibly valuable contributor. His stats really dont tell the whole story, he's a huge reason why we've been moving the chains so well this season.

McC average over 5 ypc on 1 more carry than Stew, who average about 2.5... McC should've had 25+ touches today. He got 18... When the hell are we going to take the reigns off of him? The most touches he's had in a game is exactly 20 in the Falcons game. Look at how much guys like David Johnson and Le'Veon Bell touch the ball. Stew obviously had a nice game against MIN, but we really need to let McC get in a groove and carry the load.

Kareem Hunt got over 30 touches yesterday lol .

Its just going to take a while with this coaching staff, they're extremely emotionally connected to Stewart. I'm predicting Stew will be gone once his contract is up , so that would mean next season is his last year with us. You would hope his role would be decreased in terms of the carries being split between him and CMC, CMC should at least get 70 percent of em and stew could be used more in the red zone and short yardage.

He's had over 20 touches in 8 games this year... McCaffrey has over 20 touches in ZERO games. That's really just ridiculous.
