Keto isn’t going to be for everyone.

2 TB of Ketchup isn’t that bad but I would want to stay away from garbage like (HFCS) you’re always going to want a little salt in tomato bases just to help balance out the acidity of the tomatoes. You can get some tomato paste some fresh tomatoes or canned fire roasted tomatoes work well add a splash of vinegar  and your own spices and puree it up,  omit the sugar and just a pinch of salt.

& cut the chemicals and processed sh*t is a good way to get started eating clean.

Sriracha>>>ketchup. In every aspect.

I did Keto a couple of months, lost about 20 lbs, gained it all back over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Gonna start back after New Years. It's hard to stay below 20 grams of carbs a day, but as long as you like bacon, eggs, and pork rinds, you can do it.

I put a couple of recipes in other threads for low carb pizza and pancakes that are actually delicious.

Then I don't think you're in ketosis . Did you get ketotis strips to see if your in ketosis yet ? Side effects are lack of energy , headaches , I noticed  a lower sex drive  . Keto is awesome for weight loss and I usually do it when I get close to my goal weight but I also use as much carbs as I can before I need to cut them to keep up with my cut .

Yeah...no. When I’m in Ketosis it obvious and I don’t need the urine strips that test for passed acetate rather than the betahydroxybuterate that actually indicates nutritional Ketosis. Dehydration will also give you a false reading with the strips. When in Ketosis I have and abundance of energy, no joint pain, much more mental acuity, increased libido, etc. Keto is great for weight loss and that’s why I do it. It’s also the reason my health has greatly improved.

Great move.  That and your bulimic diet will add up to a long healthy life I am sure. Add cigarettes and lots of booze to double the effect.

Seems you don’t know anything about the Ketogenic diet or bulimia nervosa. I have taken up cigar smoking and enjoy it quite a bit. Can’t wait to see what idiocy you come up with next.

    • Lil Stanky 100% in the dot tonight... And our 2nd line has been our best offensive line this season. Maybe our 2C really was on the roster this whole time...?
    • That’s a grade I kind of expected tbh. I’m not a huge fan of NS, but he’s not as bad as what the huddle says he is minus the horrible game he had vs the Rams. I’ve always thought he’s often used as a scapegoat. The improved pass rush should hide his deficiencies a little bit better if he’s the game one starter. FS might have to be a position we punt on this year unless Thieneman falls to us at 19. The reality is, you're going to have a few average players in certain spots for a team with as many holes we had before free agency started. You can’t sign everyone.
    • I am by no means trying to say he's a world beater. I'm saying it's trending in the right direction. Especially when measured against himself.i think the team feel the same way or else they wouldn't have picked up his option. Plus I think there is a new idea in the NFL about these young QBs. Teams give up to soon. Browns gave up to soon on baker same with the jets on Geno and darnold. Maybe they are who you thought they were in the draft process and they need more time to develop than you originally planned. Either way. I do think he is as capable as darnold is as far as you can win a championship with him. And something he does have that darnold doesn't is he is clutch.  If I need one more drive and 2 mins to go I'm betting on Bryce and I am far from a homer, just going off his game winning drives. He has that dog in him on the last drive.
