I honestly think this ass whupping is gonna light a fire under them and we come out clicking on all cylinders next week. We very well may beat the Saints but I don’t have any dillusions that we’re gonna go far in the playoffs. With the sort of coaching ankle weights we ha e to deal with combined with no decent WRs and a sketchy OL we’re not a contender team this year.

The crazy thing about this team is, this wouldn't surprise me in the least.

Even if we don't make it past the second round it would be nice to at least be able to beat the Saints in their house. It's just a damn shame we put ourselves in this uphill battle situation at WR.

We've also never played a division rival in the playoffs. I'd feel a lot better if we had our offense punching it into high gear entering the playoffs (and even better if the specter of JJR/team being sold/relocation worries weren't there), but we're undefeated on Wild Card Weekend. Maybe that can continue

Also a good thing when Cam has a game like he did today, he balls out the next game hopefully this holds true

      Taking only players from the sheet that are realistically available in or after the listed round, I’d like… 1st: DT Caleb Banks (Styles not realistic) 2nd: LB Jacob Rodriguez 3rd: OT Best available from Bowry, Barber, and Casey 4th: CB Daylen Everette 5th: S Jalen Huskey 6th: RB Adam Randall 7th: IOL Best available from Lemieux, Dawkins, Leausa, and Brose   I know nothing about some of the players listed, but it seems like that would be the best way it could fall for now. I’m sure the list of who we meet will change a ton, and there will also be players we don’t meet with to keep quiet. I’d love to pick up Randall in the late rounds.

      Not what I said. They know within the building why we aren't utilizing TEs more. If the rumors were true that we were seriously pursuing a couple of decent receiving TEs that strongly points toward a lack of quality receiving TEs currently on the roster. Does that mean we consider drafting one at 19? I don't know, but it wouldn't shock me and if we did there's only one guy it would be. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see TE drafting somewhere in the first three rounds.

      Yeah, I don’t know. Tepper was behind the Bryce selection. Behind firings and hiring over his lack of development.  He doesn’t have to literally tell them their hands are tied for them to know this. It is in the air constantly. The Canales Bryce play calling was even portrayed by more than one person as Canales failing Bryce, instead of Bryce being responsible for his own performance (except when he does well, then it is all him). Now they have an extra coach in, to help the new OC get results from this QB.  The atmosphere is not welcoming to prototypical young QBs that have talent. You get Jake Plummer types or old vets. I think we are stuck.
