Browns miiiiiight be surprising next year. They might have gone 0-16 this year but have TWO top 4 picks. I don’t expect them to be good but could be interesting.

They just need a good QB and good staff. Plenty of talent already . Main reason why theyve been losing so much this year anyway, is turnover margin. Way too many turnovers, mainly from inept QB.

I think 0-16 might have been a good thing for them in a way. theres going to be alot of organizational changes along with some very high picks this year. This is the one year I wouldn't trade down or trade picks if I was them.

I'd probably draft Josh Rosen with #1 and Saquon Barkley with #4 . They have a shitton of money too so they can sign some good free agents too. '

Wouldn't touch Sam Darnold with a 10 foot pole

My money is on either Seattle or Steelers.

I think Seattle will square off with Green Bay in London...  My money is on the Browns but with new ownership, I could certainly see us giving up a home game without a fight.

Why are we playing in Detroit again?

Hopefully Philly and Steelers aren't cool or cold games

Because it's one of the two games that are decided by this seasons standings. They finished 2nd in the nfcn and seattle is second in the nfcw.

edit... missed the "in"... not sure how that is decided

    • Gustavsson would be insane. I think we would have to break the bank to afford that move. Which, I don't think is necessarily a bad idea. Ultimately, Freddie isn't likely to be around more than a couple of seasons more. We can all agree that unless they have a fleet of sports psychologists working on Kochetkov, he will never be capable of getting his head on straight enough to compete.
    • I originally hated the Miller deal but with the cap projected to rise nearly $10M next season the Canes struck some pretty good deals between Miller and Ehlers. Most of the team is locked in for the next few years. Nikishin will need an extension probably in the $6M AAV range. And Blake will need one if we don’t move him. Personally I’d move Blake, picks, and any prospect not named Nikishin/Nadeau/Artamonov for McTavish as I don’t see any any of the big time players moving teams next year. Realistically the Hurricanes should just target Gustavsson next year to fix the goal tending issue. But I’m all for moving Blake, picks, and prospects for McTavish this year. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - McTavish - Stankoven Martinook - Staal - Carrier Hall - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Jost - Jankowski Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Gostisbehere - Walker Reilly Andersen Kochetkov I’d do Blake, Felix-Unger-Sorum, and 27 2nd for McTavish.
    • Very true on the length but stuff like this is never where we shine. We aren’t a good team at drafting.
