Hurney wasn't terrible and played FA very well when JR wasn't meddling. Right now JR has no contact with the Panthers so Hurney should do well in FA.

Watkins is going to get overpaid on his name...but I posted in another thread...

He's missed around 20% of his games as a pro, and he's had two, count 'em, TWO 100 yard games the last two seasons.  He's a name.  Granted, better than what we've got, but not at the price he's going to command.
