That being said if the coaching staff and front office (whoever that may be) believe in him as a long term answer at RT then I would obviously be happy with a long-term deal negotiated sooner rather than later. 

This. Game tape shows he had help from the backers and tight end's on chip blocks. We could definitely over sell him right now.

Put Moton at Center, his ability to take on DTs/NT on 1v1 will help free up Norwell & Trai for pulling plays or straight down hill power blocks.
