Tell him if he beats Goodell's time, he doesn't have to pay anything. 

Maybe in the future, owners can use this as a way to settle disputes. Heck, when it comes time to the CBA negotiations, forget the lawyers. Just set up a race between Goodell and DeMaurice Smith. Winner gets to set the rules.
