Buffalo is makin a strong case to take the Panthers Sloppy 2nd’s title from Chicago.....

They honestly could wind up being better than us.

McDermott built a coaching staff that includes some of the best in the league at their positions. Likewise, Beane has hired some really good people for the front office.

Hate to say it, but it's definitely possible they could surpass us.

(if so, good thing we're not in the same conference)

Too hard not to see it, that with a ‘no way but up’ mentality and Buffalo is poised...

Wish th best for ex-Panthers, & good buddy is a Bills fan so I keep an eye on them. Can’t deny what they’re doing in upstate NY, fixing to try to take the reins from NE. Considering the “turmoil”, they’re in a better position than MIA or NYJ to take that division...

Difference is that Da Bears took those we let go or traded, Bills straight gettin at it....

Would have been a perfect fit in Carolina, but for some reason they are anti building a front office. We just lost people and don't bring anyone in.

No one in the front office currently knows if they will have a job at the Panthers this time next year. Not exactly a hiring environment.

Our front office is probably still pissed he signed with the Saints after he left. ha

To be fair, they didn't really make all that many moves prior to that (firing Koncz is the only one I remember).
