Imagine what that looks like.

As a visual If you took one suitcase and filled it full of a million dollars cash. A room would have over two thousand suitcases containing a million each. If my quick math serves me correctly .

Brings to mind the images you see on TV shows of people delivering ransoms or engaging in illicit activities.

This one would be virtual of course, but the image of numbers changing on a computer screen is far less interesting :)

Just imagine if he was a douchebag and did the transaction in pennies!

And there is your reason. That would have to be truly unprecedented.

Though by cash I'm sure they don't literally mean cash. That would be awesome though.

Yes. Suspect it’s a fund transfer but inferred as it is 100% liquid and available for ATM withdrawal or any other thing one should fancy.  Impressive.

This goes to show how strong 2.2 billion cash offer is over 2.6 billion heavily financed with a slew of other investors.  If you owned a franchise would you want 1 insanely rich guy to buy in a touch low or 1 guy with 30 buddies with a lot of debt?   Navarro may have sounded sexy because he lives in Charleston SC but cash is king.  People can call it good old boys club but its just a much safer position for the NFL to have Tepper.  I hope its also better for the Panthers.

    • Taking only players from the sheet that are realistically available in or after the listed round, I’d like… 1st: DT Caleb Banks (Styles not realistic) 2nd: LB Jacob Rodriguez 3rd: OT Best available from Bowry, Barber, and Casey 4th: CB Daylen Everette 5th: S Jalen Huskey 6th: RB Adam Randall 7th: IOL Best available from Lemieux, Dawkins, Leausa, and Brose   I know nothing about some of the players listed, but it seems like that would be the best way it could fall for now. I’m sure the list of who we meet will change a ton, and there will also be players we don’t meet with to keep quiet. I’d love to pick up Randall in the late rounds.
    • Not what I said. They know within the building why we aren't utilizing TEs more. If the rumors were true that we were seriously pursuing a couple of decent receiving TEs that strongly points toward a lack of quality receiving TEs currently on the roster. Does that mean we consider drafting one at 19? I don't know, but it wouldn't shock me and if we did there's only one guy it would be. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see TE drafting somewhere in the first three rounds.
    • Yeah, I don’t know. Tepper was behind the Bryce selection. Behind firings and hiring over his lack of development.  He doesn’t have to literally tell them their hands are tied for them to know this. It is in the air constantly. The Canales Bryce play calling was even portrayed by more than one person as Canales failing Bryce, instead of Bryce being responsible for his own performance (except when he does well, then it is all him). Now they have an extra coach in, to help the new OC get results from this QB.  The atmosphere is not welcoming to prototypical young QBs that have talent. You get Jake Plummer types or old vets. I think we are stuck.
