We're just not going to know until we see him suit up in full pads. The pictures I've seen so far are inconsistent. 

The last one I see on this page where the camera is far away from him, he doesnt look that much different then last year

although oddly enough, in comparison he looks the same size or a little bigger than artis payne.

I agree about wanting to see him in pads next to our other players. He's looks more lean, don't think he's added that much mass.

He's Definetly ripped. I saw a pic of his tricep the other day, Good Lord. But he was ripped last year. I don't think it's changed all that much. Props to him for working hard and eating right. You'd think that's a given in the NFL with all the million dollar contracts by sadly that's not the case.

yep . He looked ripped last season , but in pads next to the average NFL player he looked tiny.

Also psa: everyone in the nfl is strong. Cmc is clearly skinny. Saying he’s “ripped” is obvious and unnecessary

Yeah it's one of those extra cushy helmets; that and the lack of pads.
