Can't get much clearer than that. Ron is worried about his doghouse and sending messages to players who should be helping us win instead of coaching like his job is on the line. He still doesn't get it 8 years later.

As good as 2015 was it unfortunately bought Ron a lot of time. We’ve reached our full potential with him as our HC. It’s time to move on even if that means taking a step backwards at first

I mean, the analytics on going for it on 4th and inches every damn time show it's the right thing to do. That's not even taking into account having a monster at QB. And for Ron it doesn't even cross his mind. He should have never been a head coach. We are seeing why he was never hired as a HC despite all those years of being interviewed, until good ol' Marty and Jerry came along.

As for the defense Luke should just make all the call plays that would solve everything. What ever happened to the hurry up offense from 2015 the one that kept defense from Substituting we miss you!!
