there's this bar in hot springs that has the best cheese sticks.  mozz and thin salami rolled up in a spring roll wrapper and fried.     i thought, 2 basil leaves in there and you really got something.  so ive got a bunch in the freezer i made yesterday im gonna fry up and serve w/ marinara

are those soul rolls stuffed with collards?  I used to make those with country ham in them and a mustard dipping sauce and people would eat them up!
