If the Saints beat the Panthers and the Buccaneers beat the Falcons

NFL is a retool and rebuild league yearly

it isn’t a farewell tour for old players

it isnt a training ground for Rivera’s friends (Washington)

It sn’t a job for Rivera’s friends (how  many different jobs does Rodgers need to fail at performing before there is no place to move .him to)

Blame JR, blame whomever, but if the Panthers are ever going to win consistently the bar needs to be set higher than ‘glad we have a team’ and ‘we are family’

i am absolutely disappointed that it appears Tepper is keeping he previous regime in place.  The GM position needs someone who knows what they are doing at a minimum and Hurney isn’t it

There will be three teams behind New Orleans in the NFC South with identical 6-10 overall records.

However, the NFL tie-breaking procedure order goes as follows: (1) head-to-head record, (2) divisional record, (3) record in common games, (4) conference record, etc.

That being the case, if the situation in the title of my post occurs, the Carolina Panthers would end the 2018 season LAST in their division.

Ron's Panthers love to win meaningless late season games that do nothing but weaken the team's draft position.

Fox's teams did the same thing.

How great are either of these coaches?

Really hoping for third place so we can go to Green Bay next season.

I hate that we're already discussing next season but man, it looks like there will be some AWESOME Roaring Riot trips next year. Would love to have Green Bay on the schedule. I've heard Indy is awesome and Houston seems like it would be fun. Once the stink from this season goes away (and I'm sure it won't for awhile), I'm sure you'll be excited to plan those trips.

A lot of that defines the way Jerry Richardson did business.

Promotions were used as rewards. Whether or not people were actually qualified for the jobs into which they were promoted was irrelevant.

I hate it too, man. I was hanging on as long as I possibly could to 2018. But the only thing I can do is look forward or else I’ll be miserable

and yes....the 2019 trips are going to be great. Just wait....

I was really pinning my hopes on new ownership cleaning up this organization's lack of professionalism, drive and focus.

The continued Mom and Pop approach to running this franchise has more than run its course.

If Tepper doesn't fire Hurney by the end of the season, it may be time to move on.
