Who is your favorite round prospect that isn't an OT or DE?

For offense:

I would go with Garrett Bradbury (Center). We need to do what we can to maintain the interior line. Bradbury seems like a fit in our scheme and would fit a need. He’s quick, athletic and would open up running lanes.

For Defense:

It’s hard to imagine picking anything other than DE/OLB (pass rush).

I agree that Devin White is going to be something special.  He's my favorite player in the draft.

Ed Oliver at DT is up there as well.

CB wise, Julian Love would be a great fit at CB in Ron's system.

I believe you got two Viking greats confused, you mean John Randle. Doleman was an edge sack artist with incredible lean when it wasn't a thing. One of my all-time favorites Randle was causing havoc as a 3tech DT. Funny enough too, Mike wahle once said Randle was like "a bowling ball of butcher knives" He even repeated it in the interview! Again going off memory here.

The answer for Zod-  Quinnen Williams. He should be first overall, not bosa.

Correct .. It was John Randall.. good catch..

Im on the Hockenson train as well but he wouldn't start over Thomas.  He'd start over Manhurtz.  He played Manhurtz spot at Iowa.

Thomas and Hockenson gove you the 2 big receiver targets while we have the small speedy receivers.

If he blocks as they say, I think he is a starter and Thomas is the second TE.  However, if you are right, I do not draft a backup or second TE with #16.  I see what you are saying, but I go CB, LB, DT, or S before I add a TE--

Did I miss something?  Are you / we all assuming Olsen is gone?

Non o-line or d-line, agree with Devin White, serious all pro potential

Here is what I do--draft White. Shop Thompson.  Even if you cut Thompson, you save $9.2 million and get a better player alongside Luke.  I keep wondering if Carter could not be that third LB--had some impressive numbers at MD.  Create cap room and upgrade at the same time.

Ron Rivera (Panther's Head Coach/Boss Man) and the brass are considering a base shift from 4-3 (4 down lineman/3 backers) to a 3-4(Flip the former). TD is gone which leave us with only one other LB worth a damn. Shaq. With TD's retirement (he will no longer be able to play) we need someone to fill his spot. I don't believe Shaq can replace him in coverage but now with more 3-4 looks there will be more backers on the field even if we lose one for another corner. (4 backers minus 1 = 3). I know math is hard but do your best hun. I'm rooting for you.

The 3 backers in a 4-3 are akin to the 2 inside backers in a 3-4. The outside backers are primarily pass rushers and 4-3 backers don't translate to 3-4 outside backers, so really you're going from 3 backers in base defense to 2. So if we drafted a backer in the first and we transitioned to a 3-4 you would rarely see Luke, Shaq, and the rookie on the field at the same time.
