DJ Moore Makes NFL.com All Under 25 Team

Wide receiver: D.J. Moore, Carolina Panthers (22 as of Sept. 5). The age cutoff for this piece eliminates a flock of stars -- Tyreek Hill (25), Michael Thomas(26), Mike Evans (25) and Amari Cooper(turning 25 in June) -- but Moore fits here as Carolina's tough-as-nails heir to Steve Smith. The rookie brought rugged traits to Carolina's air attack, finishing second league-wide in missed tackles (17) and first in yards after the catch per reception (7.91) among wideouts with 40-plus grabs. Corners, safeties and cowed would-be tacklers learned that Moore delights in chaos, as the first-rounder led all receivers in yards after contact per reception (5.06), the mark of a formidable punch-for-punch pass-catcher anointed by Smith as his "spirit animal," with Smith saying: "They have never been able to replace me. Until today." Atlanta's Calvin Ridley is equally deserving, but Moore is my choice today.

I could see this list having multiple Panther players on it by this time , next year.

Someones going to explode in 2019 but I just don't know who. Whether that be CMC, DJ, Samuel, or even Burns or Miller.

If Cam stays healthy it could be multiple guys having big years. Looking for Burns to have a “Peppers” like rookie year.

They do, they had 3 RBs though.  CMC should’ve been in over Kamara

Its pretty much like how they put kamara over cmc for this past pro bowl

You could see why Zeke would be there and Saquon had the wow factor,  but in 2018 there werent really any valid reasons to have Kamara over CMC

bold prediction Kamara does not make the pro-bowl this year.

    • Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.
    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
