I'm kinda shook. I've literally never played Madden as a 3-4 team.

My go-to has been running a 4-3 base and almost exclusively draft 3-4 OLBs to convert to 4-3 DE and 4-3 run stopper DEs to convert to 4-3 DTs.

Hurney 1.0 is that you

I’m betting McCoy will get 93 if he so chooses.

Love has been a solid DT for cheap for years now. He’s earned the right to keep that number. He can give it up obviously if he wants to, but no one should force him into that. Mccoy might be looking for a new number anyways after the suh fiasco

McCoy has been nothing but professional for a team the wallows in the unprofessional.  For the owner to let A guy with Suh’s character to take that number is ridiculous. I’m not saying they have to retire the number. But show some respect.  No one on the panthers is wearing 67 this year.  We might not retire that number but we can show a player that gave his heart and soul to this org some respect.

I think this was a huge reason why he signed with us.

    • Kalkbrenner and Sion James received regular contracts and not two ways, so the Hornets have some work to do to cut the roster size down.
    • Gustavsson would be insane. I think we would have to break the bank to afford that move. Which, I don't think is necessarily a bad idea. Ultimately, Freddie isn't likely to be around more than a couple of seasons more. We can all agree that unless they have a fleet of sports psychologists working on Kochetkov, he will never be capable of getting his head on straight enough to compete.
    • I originally hated the Miller deal but with the cap projected to rise nearly $10M next season the Canes struck some pretty good deals between Miller and Ehlers. Most of the team is locked in for the next few years. Nikishin will need an extension probably in the $6M AAV range. And Blake will need one if we don’t move him. Personally I’d move Blake, picks, and any prospect not named Nikishin/Nadeau/Artamonov for McTavish as I don’t see any any of the big time players moving teams next year. Realistically the Hurricanes should just target Gustavsson next year to fix the goal tending issue. But I’m all for moving Blake, picks, and prospects for McTavish this year. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - McTavish - Stankoven Martinook - Staal - Carrier Hall - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Jost - Jankowski Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Gostisbehere - Walker Reilly Andersen Kochetkov I’d do Blake, Felix-Unger-Sorum, and 27 2nd for McTavish.
