Week 2 Monday Injury Report

The Carolina Panthers did not practice on Monday, but they are required to provide an injury report approximation ahead of Thursday Night Football against Tampa Bay.

Three players were listed with "did not participate" designations: TE Greg Olsen (back), DE Bruce Irvin (hamstring) and DB Rashaan Gaulden (groin).

Rookie offensive tackle Greg Little (concussion) was listed as a full participant, but he has not yet cleared the protocol.

Btw...Manhertz did not impress.  Had penalties and missed assignments in blocking.  Olsen was solid, got open, and should have had 2-3 more catches except for throwing errors.

As much as I agree that Olsen is on the verge of retirement, we need at least one competent TE on the field.

Thomas has all of the tools, but he’s proven nothing.

I’m concerned that Olsen being out will cause Cam to make some bad decisions.

Hope it’s just a minor issue.

Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
    • You play the Saints that is great news for your O line.
