OL

I watch the OL because I used to coach it on the high school level.  Turner has always been overrated, imo.

Paradis has been a disappointment--he gets owned against bull rushers.

Van Roten is good pulling and blocking on the next level.  Nothing else.

]Williams is in the wrong position.  I think he is a guard.

Moton is our best OL--I think he should be the LT.

Exactly.  Moton at LT, Williams at LG, and Cody Ford at RT.  Would have been Cam’s best chance to stay upright.

I'm more offensive minded in building a roster, so I wanted a major upgrade of the o-line in the offseason. You get more bang for your buck stacking the offense imo due to the rules, you can draw a lot of PI ect, and we knew Cam was no longer a youthful battering ram.

But we have what we have now, and we'll have to find ways to protect Cam and get him to get rid of the ball quicker.

There's a reason he only mentioned 3 years. That's because the Patriots have been overhauling that OL since 2016 after the Broncos roughed up Brady repeatedly in the AFC championship of 2015.

Context helps.

Of course some of that is due to the defense stacking the box and constantly blitzing with no fear of our passing game...it’s a vicious cycle.

And there’s the coaching staff who refuses to adjust or help the blocking scheme because Ron believes losing his way is still, in a sense, a win.

Question becomes is it talent or coaching?
