Favorite linebacker ever

Who is yours? I imagine we'll get just as many Jon Beason mentions as we will Sam Mills, which is not right, but that's the way it goes. I expect we'll get some Dan Morgan votes and Kevin Greene, too.

As a Rams fan, my favorite would be Mike Jones (saved the day vs. Titans).

1. Jesse Tuggle--- Never liked the Falcons, but I loved him as a player

2. Ray Lewis --- He makes you want to hit people. Inspirational guy. Always plays hard.

3. Kevin Greene -- More of a beast before he got here, but still a beast

4. Jon Beason ---Reading his blog, watching his play last 2 years has made me almost forget......#5. Steadily Climbing up my charts.

5. Dan Morgan ---He was a tackling machine. Really sorry that concussions derailed him like that

6. Thomas Davis---Slowly moving up the charts. I was a critic early, and have been made a believer. He hits people really hard.

7. Sam Mills --- Was never a real fan. Didn't really see much of the Saints games to get a real appreciation for how good he played before Carolina. However I understood what he meant to the franchise. He also played very hard.

    • Think the "official time" put out was 4.48, but there were a lot of scouts there who of course all had difference times as it's all handed timed by them.  Think I saw it as low as 4.43 and as high as 4.62 or something, but in the end it's all basically the same speed because 40 yard dash is so pointless. Anyone who complains about his speed is just someone who wants a Chase/Jefferson/Nabers style #1 as opposed to an Evans style #1 who isn't going to beat you because of his speed but his other abilities. In the end, he's fast enough for a player his size and surprisingly quicker and more agile than people give him credit for too. The real problem is that Panthers fans can't get our past big WR failures out of their head, they hear "big WR" and automatically see a plodding KB or Jarrett in their minds and assume that's also T-Mac.
    • If you are buying Silver Club, 300 level, try and the buy ones that have the Lot 1 parking pass.  it is steps to the stadium Also, buy on the shade side my PSls used to be section 342, under the overhang.  I didnt care about sun or rain plenty of sites have interactive  maps that can show you   Just know, if they are opposite side of 342, the sun will beat on your head…endzones too.   if, you know for sure that you are going, and you need a hotel room, do it now  you can always cancel … remember, even if the panthers suck,  the national press follows them as do their fans.  Hotel rooms go fast for that game
    • didn't he run like a 4.52?
