Allen's hand is hot?  Is that because he plays "hot potato" with the ball whenever a defender touches him?

And has one of the highest passing ratings in league and has converted crucial 3rd down passes in every one of the victories.

Especially this past game when CMC went out due to cramps, Allen connected two passes back to back that moved the chains and ultimately gave the opportunity for the big Bonnafon run that sealed the game.

He's also has a hot hand because he's eating those fresh W's out the oven.

Cam will never be 100% again and even Mushin Muhammad on WFNZ the other day said the same thing that there is no such thing as a player being that. He said that ends right before training camp. Also I wonder if Academy Sports in Concord knows something we don't, they had Cam's jersey for $25 bucks apiece. They had CMC right beside him for full price. Yikes not looking good for him right now all around, and I think it's in his head.

If the foot is 120% healthy no doubt he is better then Allen. How many games has Cam won even though the players around him were subpar. Allen is a great BACKUP qb but the team we have this year is better then 2015 exspecially skill position wise. If Rons dumb...××× hadnt played Cam hurt he would definitely have been healthy now and we may be undefeated. Most naysayers are taking only into account the games Cam was hurt in wich has been at least a year. He is a far better passer then he is given credit for when healthy but anything less then fully healed he needs to sit. Cam hasnt played 100% with all these weapons...his best options for a full healthy season have been SS89 with Olsen... Ted Ginn with Olsen, and maybe Kbs rookie year.

Don't get me wrong.  I am happy that Allen is occasionally able to make a good pass and not turn the ball over.  But he is playing as a serviceable back up.  Which is amazing.  Not a legit starter.

We are winning despite Allen.  Not because of Allen.

Allens 3rd down conversion % is basically on par with "Injured Cam".

4-0 don't see how u can make jokes on that. He is a winner and Cam rarely does win if he turns the ball over. Kyle doesn't let anything bother him.

I kinda get the impression that some folks are worried this year's 49er game could be a repeat of last year's Steeler game, i.e. we seem to be chugging along toward a good season when suddenly we get smacked in the mouth.

Don't know if that's going to happen. I'll grant it's possible.

    • Depends, if we would have hired Wilkes and kept darnold were probably be right about where we are now. An average team fighting for a winning record and nfcs crown
    • And once again I showed you it’s been pretty even. We spent 2nd and 3rd rounders this past draft on edge rushers. No one’s going to sit here and do the math on a draft value chart etc. the only reason I even entertained this was because you said we’ve spent nothing on defense when that simply isn’t true. It also didn’t help we traded our ONLY WR worth a damn to trade up for Bryce soo… And this is kind of the issue with the anti Bryce crowd. This crowd tends to blame him for the trade up. I was team Stroud. Had the panthers not taken Young the only other QB they were going to take was Richardson. So your issue should be with Tepper, Morgan, Fitterer not Bryce.  Bryce is who he is and it was pretty obvious who he was during the draft process. Bryce is slowly developing into that guy most thought he’d be. Give him a WR like Jamo and this offense as a whole would improve greatly.  Anyone thinking he was the next Pat Mahomes or Josh Allen is clearly slow. Bryce was always going to need pieces around him much like EVERY other QB Burrow has Chase and Higgins and they’ve done nothing. After losing in AFC Championship in 2022, Burrow is 17-15. QB’s need a team around them It’s why a Jalen Hurts led Eagles team dismantled a Pat Mahomes led KC team in the SB Imo the QB’s doing the most with the least up until this year have been Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson  This year it’s Drake Maye and Josh Allen  Outside of the 3-5 elite type QB’s I’m not really sure what people expect here. Is Bryce ever going to be in that elite category? Nope. Should we punt on Bryce and keep swinging? I don’t think so. Should we keep swinging while hanging onto Bryce? Yeah but I don’t know what that looks like This team as a whole isn’t very good. Offense and defense and that’s the simple truth
    • I didn't move the goal posts. But anyone who follows football who wants to engage in a rational discussion can't argue that 10 7th round picks are equal to 10 1st rounders in value. The argument has always been we haven't spent as much on defense has we have on offense. Draft picks have value just like salary. We have not spent the same amount of draft pick salary cap on defense that we have on offense since drafting Bryce. It's not even close. Just the 2 1sts we used on Bryce, 2 overall 1sts have a value of 6000. That doesn’t even factor in DJ Moore or the 2 2nds. Bryce cost more than everything we've spent on defense in 6 damn years.
