I read somewhere that the Falcons are 1-12 against afc opponents since their 28-3 implosion.

Holy sh*t. I knew they didn't fair well against AFC opponents, but I didn't know it was that bad. Patriots mindfugged them so hard lol

Gregg Easterbrook of Tuesday morning Quarterback has pointed out that from the point where New England’s comeback began in the 3rd quarter, if the Falcons had done nothing but run the ball up the middle for no gain on every single play, Brady & Co. would have run out of time before completing the comeback.

Instead frantically throwing the ball against all known wisdom about protecting a big lead late in the game gave us the epic collapse.

What a bunch of maroons.

And that's, as mentioned, assuming no first downs. I mean they had to work to give that game away. It was OVER LOL. I'm so happy for them.

Yeah, the main problem with that Super Bowl from the outset was who was playing in it. I kept praying for the stadium to burn down, an earthquake, a sudden inexplicable flash flood, hell even a zombie apocalypse, but God hates me, so the game was played and someone had to win.

*kicks the dirt*

Sometimes, their just aren’t enough rocks.
